Industry Standard MIFARE Card (14443 Type A/B). Minimum order of 25 Tags.

The 4kByte EEPROM memory is organized in 32 sectors with 4 blocks and in 8 sectors with 16 blocks. one block consists of 16 bytes.
The erased state of the EEPROM cells are read as a logical "0", in the written state as 1 logical "1".
