At ID Enhancements, Inc. we stand behind our products, and guarantee that our products are provided free of defects for the warranty period offered. Should you encounter a defect in a product from ID Enhancements, Inc., simply contact us and we will respond in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty program regarding your purchase.

 

RapidPROX® Buyer Protection Program

This unique program protects buyers against the all-too-common issue of ordering credentials incorrectly.  Consider this...you don’t have time to research your programming details, and you place your order for credentials. Upon receipt, you find that you did, indeed, order a duplicate number range…or perhaps you ordered a wrong bit format. As you know, custom-encoded credentials are not returnable, as they are encoded specifically for you. However, with our new RapidPROX® Buyer Protection Program, you can order with confidence, knowing that you’ll never be stuck with incorrectly encoded credentials.

There are no deductibles…no monthly fees…no third parties to talk to. With the RapidPROX Buyer Protection Program, you’ll be covered when those unexpected errors catch you off guard. Our coverage goes above and beyond what other manufacturers offer for an extended period of time after your purchase

Q. What is RapidPROX® Buyer Protection Program?

A. Our buyer protection program is a set of guarantees that enables customers to buy with confidence.  You are protected from:

  1. Wrong Bit Format
    a. Should you purchase an incorrect bit format, your cards are returnable and re-encoded AT NO CHARGE. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
  2. Wrong Facility Code
    a. Should you purchase an incorrect facility code, your cards may be returned and re-encoded AT NO CHARGE. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
  3. Wrong Number Range
    a. Should you purchase an incorrect or duplicate number range, your credentials may be returned and re-encoded AT NO CHARGE. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Q. How long am I covered by the RapidPROX® Buyer Protection Program?

A. When you opt for the RapidPROX® Buyer Protection Program, your purchase is guaranteed for one full year. If, at any time within that year, you find that you ordered credentials incorrectly (wrong bit format, wrong facility or wrong number range), you may request a return for re-encode. All product must be RECEIVED by the one-year expiration date).

Q. What is NOT covered by the RapidPROX® Buyer Protection Program?

A. Wrong Technology ordered (i.e. Indala technology vs. Casi Technology ; 125kHz technology vs 13.56MHz)

B. The service only provides for ONE re-encode…no refunds or credits.

C. Shipping charges for the product transit to IDE for re-encode; and shipping charges of the product back to the customer after re-encode. The customer/purchaser is responsible for the freight both ways.
