EM4100 & EM4200 kHz

(Showing 10 of 10)

Developed by EM Microelectronic (part of the Swatch Group), EM 125kHz technology helped establish the foundation for modern proximity systems by introducing cost-effective, read-only RFID chips that could be easily integrated into cards, key fobs, and tags. The EM4100 format became a global standard for basic identification applications, while EM4200 expanded on that legacy with improved performance and manufacturing flexibility.

Today, EM-based credentials are not as commonly used as before, but still active across commercial, industrial, and residential systems. In addition to standard EM4100 and EM4200 credentials, we offer RapidPROX® compatible options that can be programmed to match required formats and numbering schemes—providing dependable performance and a cost-effective solution for maintaining or expanding existing access control systems.
