These customizable 125kHz proximity key fobs allow organizations to showcase company logos, graphics, membership branding, or identification layouts directly on each credential while maintaining reliable compatibility with many industry-standard access control systems. Designed for commercial facilities, schools, healthcare environments, fitness centers, property management applications, and membership programs, RapidPROX® custom key fobs provide a durable and compact credential option that is easy to carry and built for repeated daily use. Each fob is fully programmable to your required bit format, facility code, and numbering sequence for seamless integration into existing systems, while embossed numbering is included for streamlined credential tracking and identification.
Artwork & Design InformationA detailed pre-production proof is typically emailed within one business day of receiving your order so you can review and approve your design before manufacturing begins. Production timelines begin after final artwork approval has been received. For best print quality, high-resolution vector artwork files are strongly recommended. Other artwork formats may be accepted depending on image quality. All submitted artwork is printed as received and will not be modified prior to production. Sample Compatibility Testing: Blank sample key fobs may be available upon request for compatibility testing prior to placing a production order. Sample fobs do not include custom artwork and are intended strictly for system verification purposes.
Production Timeline: Standard production time is approximately 5–7 business days after proof approval. Expedited 48-hour production service is available for qualifying rush orders.
Important Format Note: For customers ordering Format H10302 credentials, please enter “00” in the Facility Code field during checkout. No facility code will be encoded on H10302 formatted credentials.
