Each key fob is produced using high-quality, full-color printing technology, ensuring vibrant, long-lasting artwork that enhances both identification and brand visibility. In addition to custom printing, every fob is fully programmable to meet your system requirements, including your choice of bit format, facility code, and number range—allowing for seamless integration into existing access control systems.

To ensure compatibility with your system, a blank sample can be provided upon request prior to placing a full order. Please note that sample fobs do not include custom artwork and are intended strictly for testing purposes. Once your order is placed, a detailed pre-production proof will be emailed—typically within one (1) business day—so you can review and approve your design before production begins.

After proof approval is received, standard production time is approximately 5–7 business days. For projects requiring a faster turnaround, an expedited 48-hour production option is available for an additional fee. (Example: Order received Monday, proof approved Tuesday, product ships Thursday.) Please note that all production timelines begin once artwork proof approval has been finalized.

For best print results, high-resolution vector artwork files are strongly recommended; however, other file formats may be accepted depending on quality. All submitted artwork will be printed exactly as received, and no modifications will be made prior to production.

Each custom printed access control key fob also includes embossed numbering as a standard feature, providing clear identification and efficient credential management.
