CDVI KPROX KRYPTO Mobile-Ready Dual-Frequency Access Control Reader
The CDVI KPROX is a high-security, mobile-ready access control reader designed for modern commercial security installations using CDVI's KRYPTO platform. Supporting both 125 kHz proximity credentials and 13.56 MHz smart credentials, the KPROX gives facilities a flexible path for maintaining legacy credential compatibility while transitioning to more secure MIFARE® and DESFire® technologies.
Built-in Bluetooth® and NFC support enables use with CDVI KRYPTO Mobile-PASS smartphone credentials, while compatibility with the A22K KRYPTO controller and ATRIUM BT environment makes the KPROX a strong choice for new access control systems and system upgrades. The KPROX combines a rugged polycarbonate enclosure with an IP65 environmental rating and IK10 impact rating, making it suitable for exposed commercial installations as well as protected interior locations.
CDVI specifies an operating temperature range of approximately -40°F to 185°F (-40°C to 85°C), allowing the reader to perform across a wide range of environmental conditions.
