600 dpi Retransfer Print Quality
Agilia uses retransfer printing technology, where the card image is first printed onto a clear transfer film and then applied to the card surface.
This process allows printed images to extend beyond the physical edges of the card for smooth, professional over-the-edge printing. With 600 x 600 dpi resolution, Agilia produces sharp photographs, fine text, logos, graphics, barcodes, and other detailed card elements.
Efficient Professional Card Production
A 200-card input feeder supports larger print runs with fewer interruptions, while the 100-card output hopper keeps finished cards organized.
Agilia can produce up to approximately 150 single-sided color cards per hour and includes both USB and Ethernet connectivity for local or networked installations.
The integrated 3.5-inch color touchscreen provides printer status, supply information, maintenance guidance, and easy access to printer functions.
