HES 1500C-630 Product Details

The HES 1500 Series is engineered as a modular electric strike platform for commercial access control installations. Its low-profile 1-3/8" strike body depth helps accommodate installations where frame space is limited, while the field-adjustable integrated shim assists with proper alignment between the strike and latchbolt.

The fully finished faceplate, keeper, case and trim provide a clean appearance at the opening. Interchangeable faceplates, field-replaceable components and configurable operation make the 1500C electric strike a versatile solution for new installations, retrofits and access-controlled openings.

Lock & Latchbolt Compatibility

The HES 1500C-630 is designed for cylindrical and mortise locksets without a deadbolt that are designed to work with a standard 4-7/8" strike plate. The strike accommodates latchbolts up to 3/4".

Its non-handed construction allows installation on either left- or right-handed openings, reducing the number of configurations required when specifying or stocking electric strikes.

The included 1LB faceplate kit contains 1J, 1K, 1KD and 1KM faceplates, providing flexibility for different latchbolt and lock configurations.

Heavy-Duty Construction

Built for demanding commercial openings, the HES 1500C combines stainless steel construction, tamper resistance and Grade 1 performance. The strike is rated for 1,500 lbs of static strength and 70 ft-lbs of dynamic strength, with an endurance rating of 1,000,000 cycles.

Field-replaceable components and interchangeable accessories help simplify long-term service, while the fully finished design allows the strike to blend cleanly with surrounding commercial door hardware.

1500C Complete Pac

The 1500C designation identifies the Complete Pac version of the HES 1500 Series. Unlike the strike-body-only configuration, the Complete Pac includes the 1LB faceplate kit for latchbolt applications.

The 1LB kit includes the 1J, 1K, 1KD and 1KM faceplates. HES offers the 1500C Complete Pac in the 630 satin stainless steel finish, making the 1500C-630 a convenient one-box solution for many standard cylindrical and mortise latchbolt applications.
