The HID ISOProx II Proximity Card programmed in H10304 37-bit format with facility code 249 is designed for access control systems that require a fixed credential structure with a controlled number range. In this format, both the bit configuration and facility code are predefined, meaning all cards must fall within a specific sequence of card numbers assigned to facility code 249. This ensures consistency across the system but also requires that any additional or replacement cards match the exact format and facility code to function properly.
While the 37-bit structure provides a larger overall capacity than standard 26-bit formats, the use of a fixed facility code limits the usable range to a defined pool of credentials within that facility, making careful number management important for long-term scalability. This format is ideal for organizations that rely on a structured and predictable credential system, where maintaining alignment with an existing card population is critical. Operating on proven 125 kHz proximity technology, these cards deliver reliable, contactless performance and durable construction for everyday use in commercial, institutional, and industrial environments.
