Measuring approximately 1.259" (32mm) in diameter and just 0.9mm thick, this coin-sized RFID transponder is engineered to attach seamlessly to a wide range of non-metallic surfaces. Featuring a strong adhesive backing, the RapidPROX® tag can be easily applied to PVC cards, ID badges, smartphones, tablets, laptops, and other similar devices—instantly converting them into fully functional proximity credentials.

Now available with full-color custom printing, RapidPROX proximity tags allow you to display your company logo, branding, or other important information directly on the tag—creating a professional and highly visible credential. Each tag can be customized with your required bit format, facility code, and number range, and is supplied programmed and ready for use. Professional inkjet numbering is included in the base configuration, while optional laser engraving is available for enhanced durability and long-term identification clarity. Please note that tags will not include a number unless laser engraving is selected.

A pre-production proof is provided via email prior to manufacturing, typically within one (1) business day of order placement, allowing you to review and approve your design. Once proof approval is received, standard production is completed within 5–7 business days. For urgent requirements, an expedited 48-hour production option is available for an additional fee (example: order received Monday, proof approved Tuesday, product ships Thursday). All production timelines begin upon proof approval.
