The RapidPROX® Buyer Protection Program is an optional, paid protection program available with qualifying RapidPROX® credential purchases.
Custom-encoded access credentials are normally non-returnable because they are programmed specifically for your organization. But mistakes can happen—a duplicate card number range, an incorrect facility code, or even the wrong bit format.
When selected at the time of purchase, the RapidPROX® Buyer Protection Program provides added protection against these common ordering errors, helping you purchase custom-programmed RapidPROX® credentials with greater confidence.

Wrong Bit Format
If you order an incorrect bit format, qualifying credentials may be returned and re-encoded at no charge under the program.

Wrong Facility Code
If you order an incorrect facility code, qualifying credentials may be returned and re-encoded at no charge under the program.

Wrong Number Range
If you order an incorrect or duplicate number range, qualifying credentials may be returned and re-encoded at no charge under the program.

There are no deductibles, monthly fees, or third-party claims administrators. The protection is purchased as an optional add-on with qualifying RapidPROX® credentials. If you discover a covered programming error during the protection period, contact ID Enhancements to request authorization for a re-encode.

When you purchase the optional RapidPROX® Buyer Protection Program with qualifying RapidPROX® credentials, those credentials are protected for one full year. All credentials submitted for a covered re-encode must be received by ID Enhancements before the one-year protection period expires. |
Custom-programmed credentials require accurate technology, bit format, facility code, and card numbering information. For an additional charge, the optional RapidPROX® Buyer Protection Program provides an added safeguard against several of the most common programming errors.
