The reader transmits untruncated Wiegand card data, making it an excellent choice for facilities migrating from existing HID® proximity systems or integrating Paxton hardware into mixed credential environments.

Its slim mullion design makes the Paxton P38 ideal for narrow door frames, aluminum storefronts, glass entry systems, gate access points, and perimeter security applications where a compact professional appearance is desired.
