What Information Do I Need to Order Replacement Proximity Credentials?

Examples include 26-bit H10301, 35-bit Corporate 1000, 37-bit H10304 and other system-specific formats.
2. Facility Code
The facility or site code identifies a group of credentials within many common proximity card formats.
3. Card Number Range
Determine the desired beginning and ending card numbers, particularly when extending an existing credential sequence.
4. Credential Style
Choose a clamshell card, printable ISO-style card, key fob or another credential form that fits the application.

Important: A credential's printed card number alone does not always identify its complete programming. When ordering credentials for an existing system, verify the bit format, facility code and card numbering requirements before production whenever possible.

HID® 125kHz Proximity Card Formats

Proximity credentials contain encoded data arranged according to a specific card format. The number of bits is only one part of that format. Two credentials having the same bit length are not necessarily programmed the same way, which is why the complete format designation matters.
