The Viking K-1900-812L-IP VoIP Vandal Resistant Panel Phone provides durable SIP communication, keypad access, and entry control for commercial, institutional, and public-facing applications. Its rugged construction includes a marine-grade 316 stainless steel faceplate, heavy-duty metal keypad and hook switch, security Torx mounting screws, and a reinforced 12-inch armored handset cable with an internal stainless steel lanyard.
Designed for SIP VoIP systems, the K-1900-812L-IP can operate as a standard manual-dial phone, hot-line phone, or programmable multi-number auto dialer while also supporting keyless entry, optional proximity card readers, door or gate control, event logging, and remote programming.
Built for Vandal-Resistant Installations
The K-1900-812L-IP is designed for environments where a conventional telephone may not provide sufficient durability. The 14-gauge 316 stainless steel faceplate features permanent laser-etched graphics, while the metal keypad, heavy-duty hook switch, and security mounting hardware help protect the unit against abuse.
A 12-inch armored handset cable with internal stainless steel lanyard provides additional strength and limits excess handset movement, making this model especially useful in high-traffic or supervised installations.
VoIP Communication & Entry Control
The Viking K-1900-812L-IP supports SIP 2.0 VoIP communication and is powered through PoE for simplified installation. It can automatically dial a programmed number when the handset is lifted, function as a standard telephone, or provide keypad access to as many as 250 programmable speed-dial numbers.
Integrated relay contacts can control a door strike, gate, or camera, while keyless entry codes and optional proximity card readers provide additional access control capabilities.

Flexible Calling Options
The K-1900-812L-IP can be configured as a hot-line phone, multi-number auto dialer, or standard manual-dial VoIP phone. This flexibility allows one platform to support emergency communication, visitor assistance, customer service, entry-phone, and kiosk applications.
If a primary number is busy or unanswered, the phone can cycle to a programmed rollover number, helping improve call completion in critical communication applications.
Integrated Access Control Capabilities
Two built-in SPDT 2 Amp relay contacts can be used for door, gate, or camera control. A request-to-exit input is also provided for access control applications.
The 26-bit Wiegand input supports optional Viking proximity readers, while the Wiegand output can connect to the card-reader input of an existing access control system. Keyless entry codes and proximity card numbers can also be restricted by specific times and days of the week.
